 Degree Requirements

The minor in Asian Studies is offered to undergraduate students in any school and department at CUA. The minor is comprised of a total of 6 courses:

  • CHN 203
  • CHN 204
    • All students must be proficient in an Asian language. In order to fulfill the language requirement, a student must pass Chinese 203 and 204, or display proficiency at an equivalent level in another Asian language not currently offered at CUA (i.e. Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Hindi, etc...)

  • 4 elective courses in at least two different disciplines and offered by at least two different departments. Two of the electives must be taken at CUA.
